Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

The Fire in the Words with Pastor Elijah Ajayi application (the "App") is operated by ELICROWN PROPERTY CONCEPTS ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you are contracting with ELICROWN PROPERTY CONCEPTS.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You confirm you are of legal age or have authority to bind your organization.

3. The Service

The App provides daily devotions, sermons, prayer altar tools, AI scriptural guidance, and online courses (Kingdom Academy). Some content is free; certain courses unlock with a one-time payment.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the App unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment.
• Infringe intellectual property or post hateful, obscene, or illegal content.
• Interfere with the App's security (e.g., malware, probing, scraping, jailbreaking AI).
• Resell or redistribute paid content or course materials.
• Reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Intellectual Property

All devotions, sermons, course content, branding, software, and documentation remain the property of ELICROWN PROPERTY CONCEPTS or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial spiritual growth.

7. AI Content Disclosure

The Fire Assistant generates AI responses for scriptural exploration. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for pastoral counsel, professional advice, or independent study of Scripture. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change as the ministry grows.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends. You may export prayer requests and testimonies on request within a reasonable window before deletion.

12. Warranties and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude indirect, consequential, and special damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the App, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ELICROWN PROPERTY CONCEPTS is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
