How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout.
2. Locate the relevant order and submit a refund request.
3. Or contact our support team through the App and we will assist with the request on your behalf.

What Happens Next

• Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Once a refund is issued, access to the unlocked course will be revoked.

Membership

Membership and access to daily devotions, the Prayer Altar, sermons, and Dwelling in Zion are free. No refund is required for these features.
